July 20th Police Reports

ARREST

  • Occurred at 7:43PM (7/20)-301 Harvard Street

Two juveniles were arrested and charged with Larceny, shoplifting and receiving stolen property.

Officers got a report of a recent larceny from the Sprint Store. When stopped one of the juveniles reported he had stolen several items from different stores that day. The items were all in the backpack he was carrying. The other juvenile was identified by store employees as the one who stole the phone. He as well as the other juvenile were both arrested and charged.

  • Occurred at 9:16PM (7/20) - Mountfort Street/ St Mary’s Street

Nikita Krisilnkov was arrested and charged with possession of a class D substance (marijuana).

Police noticed a suspicious vehicle in the area of 7-11. Upon stopping the vehicle the driver later identified as Krisilnkov told officers conflicting stories, a search of the vehicle yielded a bag of green leafy substance believed to be marijuana. Subject was subsequently arrested.

Driving with a Suspended License

  • Occurred at 2:19AM (7/20)- Parkway Road/Brookline Avenue

Officers noticed a vehicle without operational rear lights. After pulling the car over officers discovered that the driver’s license had been suspended. Driver will be summmoned to court for driving with a suspended license and operating without light tail lights.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 11:45PM and 12:55PM (7/20) - 131 Winchester Street

Victim reported when returning to his parked vehicle he noticed his driver’s window smashed. A GPS device was stolen from the vehicle along with a digital camera. The GPS was valued at $400, the camera at $300.

  • Occurred at 1:30PM (7/20)- 361 Washington Street

Victim reports while at the Brookline Public Library he removed his wallet and placed it next to his computer. Upon returning 5 minutes later the wallet was missing. The wallet contained around $25 as well as other bank items and ID cards.

  • Occurred at 6:37PM (7/20) - 243 Gerry Road

Victim reports that sometime overnight her front license plate was stolen from her driveway.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred between 4:12PM (7/06) and 4:12PM (7/10) - 1559 Beacon Street

Officer got a report of a past damage to a house. Victim reports that sometime over a four day period his son’s window was broken by a softball sized rock.
