April 8th
An officer was conducting a random query on a vehicle on Beacon Street. The officer asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was placed under arrest for having a default warrant out of Brookline District Court

An officer responded to a report of identity theft. The victim’s accountant contacted them about their taxes already being filed with their information. This matter is still under investigation.

An individual reported a fraud case. The victim received a phone call about winning a large sum of money. This matter is still under investigation.

Officers responded to a report of a package theft. This matter is still under investigation.


Officers responded to a report of a breaking and entering of a parked motor vehicle on Boylston Street. The victim noticed some items missing and papers being moved around. This matter is still under investigation.

4/7/15

April 7th
Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity on Perry Street. The victim heard loud banging which sounded like someone was trying to break in.

Officers responded to a report of a stolen bike on Middlesex Road. Officers located a suspect that matched the description. The bike was recovered and the suspect was placed under arrest.

Officers responded to multiple hit and run motor vehicle accidents on Gerry Road. The suspect was found attempting to pull out of a parking spot. Based on the evidence at the scene, the driver was placed under arrest for driving under the influence.

An officer responded to a report of fraud. The victim filed their taxes and received a message from their accountant with a messaging indicating that the tax return had already been filed under their social security number. This matter is still under investigation.  

An individual came to the station to report a fraud. They received a letter stating their taxes have been filed. This matter is still under investigation.

An individual reported an attempted larceny. The victim’s email address had been hacked into. The suspect tried to wire money to an account. This matter is still under investigation.

Police reports on April 6th, 2015

An officer noticed a vehicle traveling through a red light on Washington and Boylston Street. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was placed under arrest for a default warrant out of West Roxbury District Court.

Officers responded to a report of multiple missing phones. This matter is still under investigation.

An officer noticed an expired sticker on a license plate on a vehicle on Harvard and Green Street. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was placed under arrest for not being duly licensed and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

An individual came to the station reporting a missing package from their apartment building. This matter is still under investigation.

April 3rd
An officer noticed a vehicle failing to stop at a red light on Commonwealth Avenue and St. Paul Street. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was placed under arrest for operating a vehicle after revocation.

Officers responded to a report of a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Pond Ave. The suspect smashed the passenger side of the window and took off taking some personal items. This matter is still under investigation.

An officer responded to a report of a counterfeit check. The suspect was placed under arrest.

An officer responded to a report of identity fraud on Boylston St. The victim received a call from their accountant that their taxes were already filed. This matter is still under investigation.

Officers responded to a report of a subject sitting in the middle of the roadway on Channing Road. The officer noticed a vehicle with some recent damage. Based on the evidence at the scene, the subject was placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.

April 4th
