At approximately 9:36 AM Officers were dispatched to Webster Street for a report of a past larceny. Once on scene, Officers met with the reporting party who told Police the following: They had left their hotel room to run an errand.  On their way out they stopped by the front desk and requested their room be cleaned.  When they returned to the room they noticed a "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging from their doorknob, this was odd because they did not put it there.  As they entered the room they noticed their luggage had been rummaged through and some jewelry was stolen from a suitcase. Police are investigating.
