B&E MV: Between 4/11 and 4/16- Beacon St.
An individual reported the breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Beacon St. The victim stated that he parked his vehicle in a rear lot on Beacon St. on 4/11.When he returned on 4/16 he discovered that someone had entered and rummaged through his vehicle. The victim stated that the car may not have been locked. There was nothing reported missing from the vehicle.
Larceny: 4/16 between 3:40 and 4:45 PM- Commonwealth Ave.
An individual reported the larceny of a cell phone from a restaurant on Commonwealth Ave. The victim stated that she placed her cell phone on the table while she cleaned up a spilled drink. A short time later she discovered that her phone was missing.

Police Reports 4/14-4/16
Arrest: 4/15 at 4:30 PM- Beacon St.
Officers observed a male subject riding a bicycle on a street that was closed during and following the running of the Boston Marathon. The subject failed to stop his bicycle after verbal commands from several officers. Officers were able to stop the subject on Beacon St. The individual was placed under arrest for Disorderly Person, Resisting Arrest, and Failing to Stop for a Police Officer.
Operating after Suspension: 4/14 at 8:04 PM- Beacon St. / Harvard St.
A query revealed that a vehicle was traveling with a revoked registration. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Harvard St. A further query revealed that the driver had a suspended license. The driver was placed under arrest for Operating after Suspension.
Sector 1
Burglary: Between 4/13 and 4/15- Beacon St.
Unknown suspect(s) gained entry into a building on Beacon St. It appears that the suspect(s) gained entry into three offices located in the building. A bag containing petty cash was reported stolen from one office and it is unclear what might be missing from the other offices.
Package Theft: 4/15 between 12:00 and 7:00 PM- Fuller St.
A Fuller St. resident reported the larceny of packages from the foyer her building. The victim stated that two packages were confirmed delivered on 4/15 at approximately 12:00 PM. When the victim went to retrieve the packages from the foyer she discovered that they were missing.
Bike Theft: Between 4/15 and 4/16- Ivy St.
An Ivy St. resident reported the theft of a bicycle. The victim stated that his bicycle had been locked to a rear porch at approximately 12:00 PM on 4/15. When he returned the next day he discovered that someone had stolen the bicycle.
Arrest: 4/16 at 3:34 PM- Babcock St.
Officers responded to a disturbance in the area of Babcock St. Upon arrival officers located one individual. A query of the individual’s information revealed that he had a warrant out of Lawrence District Court. The individual was placed under arrest for the warrant.

Operating after Suspension: 4/14 at 5:03 PM- Harvard St.
An officer observed a vehicle traveling with a defective right brake light. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Harvard St. A query revealed that the driver had a suspended license. The driver was placed under arrest for Operating after Suspension.
Graffiti Arrests: 4/15 at 1:01 AM- Chestnut St.
Three individuals were arrested in the area of Cypress St. after they were determined to be responsible for several graffiti tags in the area of Chestnut St.

Police Reports 4/12-4/14
Larceny: 4/13 at 6:30 PM- Pierce Playground
An individual reported the theft of his iPhone from Pierce Playground. The victim stated that he was playing basketball when an unknown individual (WM, 5’7”, short brown hair, 18-20 YOA, wearing a black sweatshirt and blue jeans) grabbed his cell phone from the ground and fled towards the Pierce School.
Sector 5
Larceny: Between 4/11 and 4/12- Greenough St.
An individual reported the theft of a pair of sneakers from a gym locker at Brookline High School. The victim stated that he placed a new pair of sneakers in his gym locker on 4/11. When he returned the next day he discovered that someone had cut the padlock off his locker and removed the sneakers.
Arrest: 4/13 at 8:14 PM- Boylston St. / Fisher Ave.
A query of a vehicle’s information revealed that the registered owner had a warrant for her arrest. The officer initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Boylston St. and Fisher Ave. The driver was confirmed to have a warrant out of Westborough District Court and she was placed under arrest.

Operating after Suspension: 4/14 at 2:24 AM- Boylston St. / Tully St.
An officer observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on Boylston St. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Boylston St. A query revealed that the driver had a suspended license and seven warrants out of Brighton, Concord, Brockton, Lynn, Roxbury, and Malden District Courts. The driver was placed under arrest for Operating after Suspension and the warrants.
Sector 9
Tire Theft: Between 4/12 and 4/13- Thornton Rd.
An individual reported the theft of a tire from his 2010 Honda Accord. The victim stated that he parked his vehicle on Thornton Rd. at about 6:00 PM. When he returned the next morning he discovered that someone removed the front left wheel and propped it up on a cement block.

Arrest: 4/11 at 9:12 PM- Westbourne Tr.
Officers were in the area of Westbourne Tr. when they located two individuals in a park after hours. A query revealed that one of the individuals had a warrant out of West Roxbury District Court. He was placed under arrest for the warrant.

Larceny: 4/11 between 8:30 and 9:45 PM- Commonwealth Ave.
An individual reported a larceny from his unlocked locker at a gym on Commonwealth Ave. The victim stated that when he returned to the locker room he discovered that someone had entered his locker and removed a backpack containing a cell phone, credit card, keys, and personal papers.

Package Theft: 4/9 between 11:13 AM and 10:15 PM- Stearns Rd.
A Stearns Rd. resident reported the theft of a package. The victim stated that a package was confirmed delivered to her address on 4/9. However, when the victim attempted to retrieve the package from the lobby of her building she discovered that it had been ripped open and its contents stolen.

A Summit Ave. resident reported the theft of a package. The victim stated that a package was confirmed delivered to his address on 4/11. However, when the victim attempted to retrieve the package from the lobby of his building he discovered that it had been ripped open and its contents stolen.

Not Duly Licensed: 4/12 at 1:54 AM- Washington St. / Pond Ave.
An officer observed a vehicle traveling with an expired inspection sticker. The officer initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Washington Street and Pond Avenue. A query revealed that the driver did not have a valid license. The driver was placed under arrest for Not Duly Licensed.
