Police reports on March 25th to March 26th 2015

March 25th
Officers responded to a report of a stolen personal item on Brookline Place. This matter is still under investigation.

Officers responded to a report of some stolen personal items in their apartment on Smythe Street.

March 26th
Two subjects were standing on the sidewalk on Harvard Street when the driver swerved their vehicle directly at them. There were no injuries; the matter is still under investigation.

An officer conducted a random query on a vehicle on Washington Street. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was placed under arrest for a default warrant out of Boston District Court.

An officer was conducting a random query on a motor vehicle on Mountfort Street. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was placed under arrest for operating after revocation.

Officers responded to a report of package theft on Armory Street. This matter is still under investigation.

March 23rd
Police responded to a fraud report on Goddard Avenue. This matter is still under investigation.

Officers conducted a random query on Armory Street. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was operating a vehicle with a suspended license and was placed under arrest.

Officers responded to a report of package theft on Washington Street. This matter is still under investigation.

Officers conducted a random query on Harvard Street. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was placed under arrest for a default warrant out of Brookline District Court.  

March 24th
An officer noticed a vehicle traveling through a red light on Cypress and Boylston Street. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was operating a vehicle with a suspended license and was placed under arrest.

A subject was placed under arrest for a default warrant out of Waltham District Court. The subject was placed under arrest.

Officers responded to a report of breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on St. Paul Street. This matter is still under investigation.

Officers responded to a report of breaking and entering and larceny of property on Clark Road. The victim came home and noticed the basement door was knocked out. This matter is still under investigation.


An officer noticed a vehicle turning left at a No Left Turn on Harvard Street. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was operating a vehicle with a suspended license and was placed under arrest.

Police reports from March 20th to March 22nd

March 20th
An officer noticed a vehicle with no headlights illuminated on Washington Street.  The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was placed under arrest for a default warrant out of Dorchester District Court.

A subject reported a package theft on West Roxbury Parkway. This matter is still under investigation.

A subject reported some missing personal property on Commonwealth Avenue. This matter is still under investigation.

An officer noticed a vehicle without an inspection sticker on Winchester Street. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was operating a vehicle with a suspended license and was placed under arrest.   

March 21st
Officers responded to a report of a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. The individual is unsure if they left their motor vehicle unlocked. The individual noticed some things missing inside the vehicle. This matter is still under investigation.

Officers responded to a report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident on Village Way. This matter is still under investigation.

March 22nd
An officer noticed a vehicle causing a lane obstruction on Mountfort Street. The officer activated their emergency headlights and saw in the driver’s side of the vehicle that the operator was slouched over the steering wheel. Based on the evidence at the scene, the driver was operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

March 17th
An officer was conducting a random query on a vehicle along Harvard and Beacon Street. The officer pulled over the vehicle and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was operating with a suspended license and larceny of a motor vehicle. The driver was placed under arrest.

An officer noticed a vehicle driving in the wrong direction along Station Street and Kent Street. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was placed under arrest for operating a vehicle after revocation.

Officers responded to a report of larceny at a local business on Commonwealth Avenue. The subject was placed under arrest. This matter is still under investigation. 

March 18th
An officer noticed a vehicle obstructing the flow of traffic on Washington Street. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was operating a vehicle with a suspended license and was placed under arrest.

An officer noticed a vehicle traveling on Commonwealth Avenue without an inspection sticker. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was placed under arrest for operating a vehicle with a suspended license.

An officer conducted a random query on a vehicle on Pleasant Street. The driver was placed under arrest for operating a vehicle with a suspended license.


An individual witnessed a vehicle hitting a parked car on Chestnut Hill Avenue. Officers located the vehicle and pulled it over. Based on the evidence at the scene the driver was operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and was placed under arrest.
