Malicious Damage: 4/3 between 3:00 and 9:00 PM- Larz Anderson Park
An individual reported malicious damage to his motor vehicle. The victim stated that he parked his motor vehicle along Goddard Ave. in the area of Larz Anderson Park. When he returned several hours later he discovered that all four of his tires had been slashed.

Drug Arrest: 4/3 at 6:46 PM- Washington St.
Officers observed a vehicle traveling with defective brake lights. The officers initiated a traffic stop on Washington St. Upon reaching the vehicle officers could detect an odor of marijuana emanating from inside. A search produced seven individually packaged bags of marijuana. The driver was placed under arrest for Possession with Intent to Distribute or Dispensing a Class D Substance. The subject will also be charged with School Zone Violation

Arrest made last night for house break, Blake road.
On Thursday April 4th at 8:30PM officers responded to a residence on Blake road, for a report of a live break and entering of a home. The resident heard glass breaking and called the police. A responding officer spotted an individual walking away from the scene. When the subject was approached he took off running on Stanton Road. Units searched the Stanton, Somerset and Greenough Street area. Brookline officers were assisted by a Boston K9. A short time later the subject was spotted coming out of an alley at Cypress Street and Washington Street. The subject was seen getting into the passenger side of a vehicle that was parked on Cypress Street near Washington Street. As a result of the investigation the subject, a twenty year old male from Boston was arrested and will be charged with Breaking and Entering in the night time with intent to commit a felony, Malicious Destruction of Property and Resisting Arrest. He is scheduled to be arraigned today in Brookline Court.

Larceny: 4/2 between 1:15 and 2:00 PM- Babcock St.
An individual reported the larceny of a cell phone. The victim stated that she left her office, located in the area of Babcock St., for a short period of time. When she returned she discovered that her cell phone was missing. The office was unlocked.

Operating after Revocation: 4/2 at 10:13 PM- Boylston St. / Kerrigan Pl.
An officer observed a vehicle fail to stop for a red light. The officer initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Boylston St. and Kerrigan Place. A query revealed that the driver had a revoked license. The driver was placed under arrest for Operating after Revocation.

Sector 1
Operating after Suspension: 4/1 at 6:11 PM- Harvard St.
An officer observed a vehicle fail to stop for a red traffic light at the intersection of Harvard Street and Babcock Street. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Harvard Street. A query revealed that the driver’s license was suspended and that he had warrants out of Malden, Worcester, and Natick District Courts. The driver was placed under arrest for the warrants and Operating after Suspension.
Sector 4
Arrest: 4/1 at 9:29 PM- Washington St. / Holden St.
A query revealed that the registered owner of a vehicle had an active warrant out of West Roxbury District Court. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Washington St at Holden St. The passenger was confirmed to be the registered owner and he was placed under arrest for the warrant. The driver was placed under arrest for Not Duly Licensed.
Burglary: 4/1 between 7:30 and 9:00 AM- High St.
An individual reported a larceny. The victim stated that on 4/1 sometime between 7:30 and 9:00 AM, someone entered her unlocked apartment and removed a gaming console.

Burglary: 4/2 between 2:30 and 5:00 AM- Warren St.
An individual reported that a religious icon had been stolen from a monastery in the area of Warren St. The building was unlocked and there was not forced entry.

Larceny Arrest:3/29 at 8:21 PM- Brookline Village MBTA
An individual reported the larceny of an iPhone. The victim stated that he had come to the Brookline Village MBTA stop in order to sell a phone to an individual who had contacted him through the internet. When the victim made contact with the suspect, the suspect grabbed the iPhone out of his hand and fled. An individual matching the description was found in the area of Aspinwall Ave. The victim positively identified this individual as the suspect and he was placed under arrest for Larceny from a Person.

Operating after Revocation: 3/29 at 5:47 PM- Harvard St. / Beals St.
An officer observed a vehicle traveling without an inspection sticker. The officer initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Harvard St. and Beals St. A query revealed that the driver had a revoked license. The driver was placed under arrest for Operating After Revocation.
B&E MV: Between 3/26 and 3/30- Babcock St.
An individual reported that her car had been entered and several items had been stolen. The victim stated that her car was parked in a rear lot in the area of Babcock St. on 3/26. When she returned she discovered that a bag containing an iPod, headphones, and personal papers was missing.
Sector 6
Arrest: 4/1 at 9:39 AM- Chestnut Hill Ave. / Clinton Rd.
A query revealed that a vehicle had a revoked registration and the registered owner had a suspended license. The officer initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Chestnut Hill Ave. and Clinton Rd. The status of the driver’s license and the vehicle’s registration were confirmed and he was placed under arrest for Operating after Suspension.
An individual reported the larceny of an iPhone.
