October 4th Police Reports

Arrest

  • Occurred at 2:43PM (10/04)- 187 Winchester St

Richard Waldron, 26 yrs, was arrested and charged with Operating after Suspension.

Police on patrol stopped a vehicle and discovered that the operator’s license had been suspended. Waldron was subsequently arrested.


Operating

  • Occurred at 7:53AM (10/04)- 12 Cypress St

Police on patrol noticed a vehicle with an expired registration sticker upon stopping the vehicle it was learned its operator had a suspended license. The driver was additionally cited.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 6PM and 7PM- 513 Heath Street

Victim reports that a neighbor saw 3 packages on their front porch however after returning a short time later the neighbor noticed the packages were missing, the victim reports never receiving the packages. The packages contained several Bruce Willis DVDs, purple Prada shoes, and a purple Prada handbag all with a collective value of approximately $390.

October 3rd Police Reports

Larceny

  • Occurred between 12:30Am and 1:30AM (10/03)-19 Fairbanks Street

Victim reports that two dresser drawers containing several personal items were taken from the trunk of his car which had been parked outside his residence. The drawers were recovered in a nearby ally however the personal items were still missing; the value of those items is unknown.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred between 3PM (10/02) and 7:30Am (10/03)-101 Monmouth Street

Victim reports that sometime overnight her car had been damaged, the entire drivers side of her vehicle had been ‘keyed’ resulting in an unknown cost of damage.

Breaking and Entering

  • Occurred between 1:05PM and 2:05PM (10/03) - 1093 Beacon Street

Victim reports that sometime while he was away from his office a suspect broke down his office door splintering it. The suspect stole $30 in cash as well as a $10 check from the victim’s desk drawer. This case is still currently under investigation.

Fraud

  • Occurred between 10:40PM (10/01) and 10:40PM (10/03)

Victim reports receiving several unauthorized fraudulent charges to his credit card, the charges amounted to approximately $3,500.

October 2nd Police Reports

Arrest

  • Occurred at 1:17PM (10/02)- 1020 Beacon Street


Danilo Ulloa, 39 yrs, was arrested and charged with Operating after Suspension.


An officer on patrol noticed a vehicle with its front windshield cracked, upon stopping the vehicle it was discovered that the driver’s right to operate had been suspended. He was subsequently arrested.

  • Occurred at 5:14PM (10/02)- 400 Heath Street


Jonathan Harris was arrested and charged with Attempted Larceny, Assault, Malicious Damage and Possession of a Class D Substance (Marijuana).


A disturbance at Pine Manor College led to a search of a male suspect, in that search police discovered a rolled cigar with a green leafy substance believed to be Marijuana inside. The man was subsequently arrested.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred between 11PM (10/01) and 6:40AM (10/02)- 850 Commonwealth Avenue


The owner of Sunoco Gas Station reports that sometime overnight two of his gas pumps had been damaged. The pump screens and electronic equipment were broken, the cost of this damage is unknown.

Shoplifting

  • Occurred between 9:48AM and 10AM (10/02)- 99 Harvard Street


An employee at Walgreens Pharmacy reported seeing a 6’ dark skinned male in his 20’s steal two cans of Axe body spray valued at $11.58 collectively. The suspect was last seen wearing a tan jacket with blue jeans and beige boots.

  • Occurred at 3:27PM (10/02)-1322 Beacon Street

An employee at CVS Pharmacy observed a 6’ white male approximately 20 years of age steal several tubes of toothpaste from the store. The suspect was last seen wearing a brownish colored shirt.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 8:45AM (9/30) and 4PM (9/30)-30 Jamaica Road

Victim reports that while at Cheerleading Practice an unknown suspect had stolen her backpack from the field. The backpack contained several person items whose collective value is about $150.

  • Occurred between 9PM (10/01) and 7AM (10/02)

Victim reports that sometime overnight his bike was stolen from his side yard. The bike is described as a gray Kona Yee-Ha valued at $550.

  • Occurred between 8:22PM and 8:30PM (10/01)- 1331 Beacon Street

Victim reports that while using the bathroom at Quiznos his wallet dropped out of his pant’s and after returning to the store a short time later he discovered his wallet with $460 in cash missing from the inside.

October 1st Police Reports

Fraud

  • Occurred at 6:21PM (10/01)

Victim reports seeing a balance of ‘zero’ in his bank of America account and upon investigation discovered that several checks had been fraudulently used to empty his account. The total amount of loss is approximately $2000.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 11:50PM (9/30) and 7:51AM (10/01)-Clinton Path/Strathmore Road

Victim reports that sometime overnight the front stick, tire and rim were stolen from his vehicle, a 2005 Honda Accord which had been parked in an assigned parking spot behind his residence. The value of these items is unknown.

  • Occurred between 10:30PM (9/30) and 8:49AM (10/01)- 1897 Beacon Street

Victim reports that sometime overnight all four tires and rims were stolen from his vehicle, a 2007 Honda Accord which had been parked in its assigned space in the rear of his residence.

September 30th Police Reports

Assault

  • Occurred between 5:26AM and 6:01AM (9/30)

A female subject reports being awakened by an unknown male who walked into her room. She reports that this male assaulted her, it appeared as though entry to the house was gained through a kitchen window. The suspect is described as a white male in his 20’s with crew cut style hair last seen wearing a light colored t shirt and possible wearing square framed glasses. This case is still under investigation.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 10AM (9/29) and 12:04PM (9/30) - 1314 Beacon Street

Victim reports that after returning from work she noticed her wallet missing from her purse, the wallet contained a small amount of cash and several identification cards and bank cards.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 9:20AM and 4:01PM (9/30) - Pearl Street/Washington Street

Victim reports that his vehicles passenger window was smashed and a GPS navigation system valued between $300 and $400 was taken from the dashboard.

  • Occurred between 6PM (9/20) and 12PM (9/30)-512 Washington Street

Victim reports that her bike was stolen sometime over the last week the bike is described as a blue Cignal Montauk valued at $260.

Summons

  • Occurred between 5PM and 5:30PM (9/30) - 1340 Beacon Street

Two men were seen arguing outside an area Walgreens, the conversation turned sour shortly thereafter and the suspect threw a drink onto the victim. The suspect will be summonsed to court for Assault and Battery.

  • Occurred at 10:12PM (9/30)- 301 Harvard Street

David Morales, 46 yrs, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Class A Substance (Heroin), Possession of Burglarious Tools, and Receiving Stolen Property.

Police on patrol noticed a suspicious male walking slowly while peering into the parked cars windows. The man matched the description of a suspect sought in previous car break-ins in that area. When police stopped the suspect identified as Morales they found him to be in possession of burglarious tools and a syringe containing a brown substance believed to be heroin. Morales also had in his possession stolen keys, he was subsequently arrested

September 29th Police Reports

Arrests

  • Occurred at 1:03AM (9/29)- Crowninshield Road/ Elba Street 5351

Kenshu Kido, 19 yrs, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Class D substance (Marijuana).

Sean McCarthy, 19 yrs, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Class D Substance (Marijuana) and Minor in Possession of Alcohol.

Police on patrol observed two people on the sidewalk one with an open container of beer, while speaking with the suspects the officer saw a Marijuana cigarette which was still burning near the feet of the suspects. Both were subsequently arrested.

  • Occurred at 5:25PM (9/29)- Beacon Street/ Fairbanks Street 5365

Brian Pasquale, 25 yrs, was arrested and charged with Operating while Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor, and Harsh Noise (horn).

Officers on patrol noticed a vehicle traveling while constantly blowing its horn at pedestrians, the passenger of the vehicle was seen leaning out of the window and extending his middle finger to people on the sidewalk. After stopping the vehicle officers determined that its driver was under the influence of alcohol, he was subsequently arrested.

Summons

  • Occurred at 2AM (9/29)- 320 St. Paul Street

Police on patrol noticed a large group of people outside a residence making excessive noise and drinking alcoholic beverages. Police approached the apartment and after breaking up the party informed the two homeowners they would be summonsed to court for Minor in Possession of Alcohol.

  • Occurred between 2:21AM and 2:52AM (9/29)- 319 St. Paul Street

Police on patrol came into contact with an extremely intoxicated male who they had previously ordered to leave the area. After placing the suspect in protective custody, a routine inventory search of his persons yielded a fake drivers license. He will be summonsed to court for Possession of an Altered License.

  • Occurred at 5:30PM (9/29)- Harvard Street./Peirce Street

Two drivers became involved in a road rage altercation, with one of the subjects throwing coffee in the window of the other, that driver responded by exiting her vehicle and striking the vehicle with an umbrella. Both drivers will be summonsed to court for the charges of Assault and Battery, and Destruction of Personal Property.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 8PM (9/28) and 2AM (9/29)- 280 Harvard Street

Victim reports sometime overnight his bike had been stolen from its secured location; the bike is described as a blue mountain bike valued at $360.

  • Occurred between 7PM (9/28) and 9:49AM (9/29)- 120 Salisbury Road

Victim reports that sometime overnight his White Mongoose mountain bike was stolen from his back porch. The bike is valued at $250.

Occurred between 6:46PM and 10PM (9/29) - 182 Harvard Street

Victim reports that his vehicles passengers’ window was smashed and his GPS navigation system valued at $599 was stolen from the dashboard.

Fraud

  • Occurred at 1:18PM (9/29)- 60 Clearwater Road

Victim reports receiving an unordered credit card from an unknown company with an outstanding bill of $750, this case is still under investigation.

Burglary

  • Occurred between 4:30PM and 9PM (9/29)- 428 Boylston Street

Victim reports that while they were gone their back door had been forced open by an unknown suspect and a laptop computer valued at $1300 had been stolen from their upstairs bedroom.

September 28th Police Reports

Arrest

  • Occurred at 1:27PM (9/28)- 1383 Beacon Street

Rey Castano, 21 yrs, was arrested and charged with Operating after Suspension.

Police on patrol noticed a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker, upon stopping the vehicle it was discovered its driver identified as Castano had a suspended license, he was subsequently arrested.

  • Occurred at 8:30PM (9/28)- 924 Beacon Street

Koustantin Ilichev, 19 yrs, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Class D Substance (Marijuana), and a liquor law violation.

While conducting routine probation checks police found Ilichev surrounded by beer bottles. Also in plain view was a bag of a green leafy substance believed to be Marijuana.

Summons

  • Occurred at 12:32AM (9/28)- 1030 Commonwealth Avenue

Kayuga Restaurant employees reported to police that after some verbal exchanges a physical altercation ensued between one of the workers and a customer. The worker assaulted the customer as well as the owner of Kayuga along with his wife. The suspect will be summonsed to court for 3 counts of assault and battery.

  • Occurred at 10:06PM (9/28)-Pond Avenue/ Washington Street

Police on patrol witnessed a Moped traveling beyond the posted speed limit with a passenger who was not wearing a helmet. After stopping the vehicle it was learned it had been stolen. The two juvenile suspects will be subsequently summonsed to court for Receiving Stolen property, not duly Licensed, Operating without a registration sticker, and a helmet violation.

Burglary

  • Occurred between 9:30PM (9/27) and 7:30AM (9/28)- 67 Harvard Street

Staff at St. Mary’s reported that after arriving at school they found the main office door had been forced open and the entire office in disarray. A file cabinet had been pried open and several items gone through, however nothing is reported missing at this time.

  • Occurred between 6AM and 5PM (9/26)-1537 Beacon Street

Victim reports that sometime during the day an unknown suspect had gained entry into his apartment building and stolen his bike. The bike is described as a Leader custom mountain bike valued at $800.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 9:30PM (9/27) and 10:15AM (9/28)- 117 Clinton Road

Victim reports that sometime overnight a suspect had gone into her unlocked vehicle and stolen her purse. Taken from the purse were $200 cash, and a digital camera.

  • Occurred at 10:18PM (9/28)- 13 Harvard Street

Victim reports after returning to his car he discovered the front passenger window smashed and his wallet and a GPS navigation system missing from the vehicle. The combined value of these items is approximately $800.
