Police Reports 10/17

Larceny: 10/17 at 4:19pm – Commonwealth Ave
Victim stated that his cellphone had been taken from a bench in the men’s locker room of a fitness gym. Victim stated that the phone was briefly left unattended. A witness stated that he observed a male subject place the unattended phone in his bag before exiting the locker room. Upon further investigation, officer was able to identify the subject but was unable to contact him. Detectives will be conducting a follow up investigation.

Not Duly Licensed: 10/17 at 1:56pm – Washington St
Officer observed a vehicle run a red light at the intersection of Harvard St. A vehicle registration check revealed that the operator had an expired license status. Operator will be charged for expired license, expired registration and red light violation.
