Police Reports 10/16 & FREE CarSeat Checkpoint

Disorderly Person: 10/16 at 5:30pm – Commonwealth Ave
Officer responded to a report of a female subject who left a restaurant without paying. Subject was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and charged with Defrauding an Innkeeper for the unpaid restaurant bill.

Assault/Knife: 10/16 at 2:49pm - Beacon St/Marion St
Officer was dispatched for a possible Assault by Knife. Victim stated that she observed a male subject standing behind her holding a knife and saying "Knife, Knife, Knife". Male subject is described in his late 50’s-early 60’s, very thin, haven’t shaven in days, last seen wearing a black sweat shirt with red and orange writing on the back, and baggy gray sweat pants.

Warrant/Default: 10/16 at 11:24am – Newton St
Officers successfully executed an active default warrant on a female subject.
