Arrest: Occurred on 1/20 at 6:30 AM- Harvard St.
Officer was traveling on Harvard Street when he observed a vehicle with snow covering the rear windshield, impairing the operator's visibility. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Harvard St. A query of the driver revealed that his right to operate was currently revoked. The operator was placed under arrest, and issued Mass. Uniform Citation for operating after revocation and impeded operation.
The arrest was made by Officer Brendan Morgan.
Arrest: Occurred on 1/19 at 4:45 PM- Boylston St.
Officer conducted a traffic stop on Boylston St. A query of the operator revealed that his right to operate in MA had been revoked. A query of the vehicle’s registration revealed that the registration had also been revoked. The driver was placed under arrest for operating after revocation. The passenger, the owner of the vehicle, will be summonsed to court for revoked registration and also knowingly allowing an unlicensed operator to operate a motor vehicle.

Arrest: Occurred on 1/19 at 11:10 AM- West Roxbury Parkway
Officer observed a green van traveling at a high rate of speed on Newton Street. The officer initiated a traffic stop on West Roxbury Parkway. A registry query revealed that she does not have a Massachusetts license. The driver was placed under arrest and for speeding, operating without a license and allowing an improper person to operate a motor vehicle.

Arrest: Occurred on 1/19 at 10:15 AM- Beacon St.
Officer observed a red Chevrolet SUV with no visible inspection sticker. The officer conducted a traffic stop on Beacon St. The operator produced an expired license. BPD dispatch confirmed the status of both the vehicle and the operator. The operator was placed under arrest for unlicensed operation. He was issued Massachusetts Uniform Citation for failure to have MV inspected and Not duly licensed.

B&E Motor Vehicle: Occurred on 1/19 at 6:40 PM- Colchester St.
Officer responded to the area of Colchester Street and Hawes Street to take a report of a Breaking and Entering and Larceny of a motor vehicle. The victim’s front passenger-side window had been smashed. A GPS unit and a laptop computer were taken from the vehicle.
