Assault:

Occurred on 10/21 at 5:05 AM – Beacon St./Corey Rd.

Officers responded to a dispute between cab drivers, reported to be in the area. In canvassing the area, one taxi cab was located and a motor vehicle stop was effected. The driver stated that he had just had a dispute with another cab driver. He went on to say that the other driver had initially been dispatched to 1750 Beacon Street, but took too long getting to the address. The other driver then began kicking his cab, took his keys from the ignition, and pulled him from the cab. He stated that once out of the cab, the other driver began pushing him and kicked him in the left upper leg with a shod foot. This driver knew the assailant, and the other cab was dispatched to return to the area.
