March 29th- 30th

Arrests:

Occurred at 7:38 PM (3/29) – Washington Street/ Walnut Street

Officers were traveling southbound on Harvard Street when they observed a vehicle go through a red light. The officers conducted the traffic stop for a red light violation. Upon investigation officers learned that the subject’s license was suspended and that the subject had an active warrant out for his arrest. The subject was subsequently placed under arrest for operating after suspension, the warrant, and a red light violation.

Occurred at 6:09 AM (3/30) – Horace James Circle

Officers parked on the West Roxbury Parkway when they observed a motor vehicle that had failed to stop at the stop signs before the rotary. During the traffic stop, officers learned that the subject did not have a license to operate in Massachusetts. The subject was subsequently placed under arrest for not duly licensed operation and failure to stop at the stop signs.

Breaking and Entering and Larceny of a Motor Vehicle:

Occurred between 9:20 PM (3/29) and 9:47 PM (3/29) – Cushing Road

Officers responded to a report of breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival officers learned that there was glass on the ground near the vehicle. The victim learned that a GPS was missing from the vehicle.
