July 9th Police Reports

Assault

· Occurred between 1PM and 1:57PM (7/09)- 155 Harvard Street

Victim reported that while shopping for groceries at Stop and Shop she noticed a strange man following her around the store. The man allegedly brushed her dress and was at times extremely close to her. When she asked what the man was doing he said, “Sorry” and walked away. However, the victim then noticed the man following other women in the store, taking camera phone pictures up their dresses. She noticed the man again while on the street and called police immediately. The suspect is described as a dark skinned male, 5’8-5’9 and roughly 200lbs. He is described as having a stocky build and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a oversized white t-shirt.

Unduly Licensed

· Occurred between 2:03PM and 2:30Pm (7/09)- 319 Harvard Street

While on patrol officers witnessed a vehicle fail to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk. After pulling the car over police learned the driver had an expired license. The driver will be summoned to court for, Failure to Yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, as well as Operating after an Expired License.
