April 30, 2021

 4/27/2021 FRAUD - Officers responded to a report of unemployment fraud. The reporting party stated that they have been receiving mails regarding unemployment claims that they did not file. The reporting party was advised to monitor bank account activities.

4/28/2021 BURGLARY - Officers responded to a report of an attempted burglary on Wellington Rd. The reporting party states that a male with darker complexion, around late teens/early twenties, wearing a dark hoodie (possibly navy blue), khaki pants and a black backpack was peering through the windows. The person then left on a bike. Nothing was stolen. Officers are currently reviewing security camera footage. 

4/28/2021 FRAUD - Officers responded to a report of identity fraud. The reporting party states that their former employer is receiving unemployment claims which they did not file. Officers are currently working on this case.

4/28/2021 PROPERTY DAMAGE - Officers responded to a report of property damage on Carlton St. The reporting party stated that this property is currently vacant and that a sledge hammer was left behind at the back door the night before. When the reporting party returned the next day, the back door was broken. Droplets of blood were found as well as boxes of food and belongings that did not belong there. Officers are currently reviewing security camera footage and processing fingerprints.

4/29/2021 LARCENY - Officers responded to a report of larceny that happened at a Stop&Shop. The reporting party states that they left their IPhone on top of a food shelf. When they realized that they left their phone, they returned but the phone was gone. Officers are reviewing security camera footage.
