9/17 - 9/18

Sector 1

Larceny: 09/17/2013 at 11:45 a.m. – Beacon St.

An officer was dispatched to a business on Beacon St. to take a report of a larceny. The officer was met by the store manager who stated the store had received a shipment of furniture earlier in the day. The items were briefly left on the street in front of the store unattended. When the employees returned they saw several items were missing.

Larceny: 09/13/2013 at 2:00 p.m. – Amory St.

An officer received a report on September 17, 2013 while on the desk about a stolen cell phone. The reporting party stated he believes he accidently left his cell phone in the laundry room of his apartment building. By the time he realized his mistake and returned to the laundry room, the cell phone was gone.

Sector 2

Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle: 09/17/2013 at 4:00 p.m. – Colchester St.

An officer was dispatched to a residence on Colchester St. for a report of a Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle. The officer was met by the victim who stated his vehicle was parked in the driveway of the residence all day while he worked on the property. When the victim returned to his vehicle he noticed several items were missing amongst them a GPS and work tools.

Sector 7

Burglary: 09/07/2013 at 4:00 p.m. – Codman Rd.

An officer was dispatched to a residence on Codman Rd. after receiving a report of a Breaking and Entering. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim who stated she noticed dirt tracked into the guest room of her home and damage to a window. Further investigation of the scene revealed the screen of the guest room window had been cut. According to the victim, the area of the house where the guest room is located is not often used and she could not be sure when the window may have been damaged. No property appears to be missing at this time.
