OUIL: 7/10 at 5:25 PM- Larz Anderson Park
Officers responded to Larz Anderson Park to check on the well being of a male individual. Upon arrival, officers located a male subject sleeping in the driver’s seat of a running vehicle. Upon making contact with the operator, officers could detect an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his person. Based on the observations the operator was placed under arrest for Operating under the Influence of Liquor.
Burglary: 7/10 between 2:55 and 3:20 PM- Summit Ave.
Officers responded to Summit Ave. for a breaking and entering report. The victim stated that she returned home to find her rear door forced open. Two iPads, two computers, an iPod, and jewelry were reported stolen from the residence. The victim stated that she observed a male individual (18 years old, light skin Hispanic, 6’, thin build, wearing a black hat, black T-shirt, black shorts, carrying a black backpack and riding a black bicycle) leaving her neighbor’s yard as she returned home. A search of the area for the suspect yielded negative results.

Operating after Suspension: 7/10 at 10:29 AM- Marion St.
An officer observed a vehicle fail to stop for a stop sign. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Marion St. A query revealed that the driver had a suspended license and he was placed under arrest for Operating after Suspension.
Operating after Suspension: 7/10 at 10:27 PM- Washington St. / Fairbanks St.
An officer observed a vehicle traveling without a front license plate. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Washington St. at Fairbanks St. A query revealed that the driver had a suspended license and he was placed under arrest for Operating after Suspension.
