Arrest: Occurred on 6/7 at 1:44 PM- Toxteth St.
Officers responded to a Toxteh St. residence for the report of a breaking and entering. The suspect was described as a tall, thin black male, wearing a baseball cap, walking with a wooden cane. Officers were able to stop a subject who fit the description in the area. A Toxteth St. resident stated that the subject entered her home from the rear door and walked into her kitchen. A separate Toxteth St. resident reported that the same subject had been on his porch area near the back door. The subject was placed under arrest and will be charged with Breaking and Entering and Trespassing.
