Police Reports 5/31-6/4

Arrest: Occurred on 5/31 at 8:19 PM- Washington St./ Juniper St.

A query of a vehicle’s information revealed that the registered owner had a suspended license. The officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Washington St and Juniper St. The driver was confirmed to be the registered owner, and she was placed under arrest for Operating after Suspension.

Arrest: Occurred on 6/1 at 12:49 AM- Boylston St.

A vehicle was traveling on Boylston St. at a high rate of speed. The officer conducted a traffic stop on Boylston St. A query of the driver’s information revealed that his license was suspended. The driver was placed under arrest for Operating after Suspension.

Arrest: Occurred on 6/2 at 12:10 AM- Boylston St.

A vehicle was traveling on Boylston St. without operational rear taillights. The officer conducted a traffic stop on Boylston St. A query of the driver’s information revealed that she did not have a valid license. The driver was placed under arrest for Not Duly Licensed.

Larceny: Occurred between 6/1 and 6/2- Tappan St.

An individual reported the larceny of a bicycle. The victim stated that she locked her bicycle to a rack on Tappan St. at approximately 1:00 PM on 6/1. When she returned at approximately 3:30 PM on 6/2, the bicycle was missing.

Arrest: Occurred on 6/3 at 1:08 AM- Boylston St.

A vehicle was traveling on Boylston St. at a high rate of speed. The officer conducted a traffic stop on Boylston St. A query of the driver’s information revealed that he did not have a valid license. The driver was placed under arrest for Not Duly Licensed.

OUIL: Occurred on 6/3 at 3:37 AM- Beacon St.

An officer observed a vehicle in a parking lot on Beacon St. The driver’s side door was open and the vehicle was running. As the officer approached the vehicle, the driver was slumped over the steering wheel. Officers could detect an odor of alcohol emanating from the driver’s person. Based on the observations, the driver was placed under arrest for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor.

Larceny: Occurred between 6/1 and 6/2- Tappan St.

An individual reported the larceny of a bicycle. The victim stated that he locked his bicycle to a rack at the Brookline Hills T-Stop on 6/1 at approximately 9:00 AM. When he returned at the same time the next morning the bicycle was missing.

Larceny: Occurred on 6/3 between 5:00 PM and 8:30 PM- Linden St.

A Linden St. resident reported the larceny of two bicycles. The victim stated that she left her Linden St. residence at approximately 5:00 PM. When she returned several hours later she discovered two of her bicycles missing. The bicycles were in an unsecured garage behind the home.
