Police Reports 4/11-4/12

Arrest: Occurred on 4/12 at 4:03 AM- Dudley St.

Officers responded to a Dudley St. address for a residential alarm. The residence is under construction and located on a side street with little vehicle traffic. Upon arrival, officers observed a vehicle parked in front of the driveway that led to the residence. The vehicle was stopped to question the occupants. A check of the house revealed that the kitchen window had been forced open and had fresh pry marks. Based on the circumstances, there was probable cause to believe that the occupants of the vehicle were involved in the breaking and entering of the home. The driver and the passenger were both placed under arrest for Breaking and Entering in the Nighttime and Attempt to Commit a Felony.

Larceny: Occurred on Freeman St.

A Freeman St. resident reported a past larceny. The victim stated that a number of expensive jewelry items were taken from her home in December 2011. The victim stated that at the time of the larceny, her condo was under construction and she was not living in her apartment.

Arrest: Occurred on 4/11 at 5:54 PM- High St./ Acron Rd.

A vehicle passed through a red light at the intersection of Washington St. and Boylston St. The officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of High St. and Acron Rd. A query of the driver’s information revealed that he had a straight warrant out for his arrest. The operator was placed under arrest for the warrant.

Larceny: Occurred between 4/10 and 4/11- Gibbs St.

A Gibbs St. resident reported a larceny. The victim stated that she parked her vehicle in a private lot on Gibbs St. on 4/10 at approximately 8:45 AM. When she returned on 4/11 at 8:45 AM, all four tires were removed and the car was sitting on concrete blocks.

Arrest: Occurred on 4/11 at 10:46 AM- Boylston St.

A vehicle took an illegal right turn on red from Washington St. onto Boylston St. The officer conducted a traffic stop on Boylston St. A query of the driver’s information revealed that his license was suspended. The driver was placed under arrest for Operating after Suspension.
