11/3-11/4

Disorderly Conduct:

Occurred on 11/4 at 2:57 AM – Washington Square

Officers responded for a report of a disturbance outside of the Golden Temple restaurant. Upon arrival, they discovered 4 males, one of whom was intoxicated. He was loud and unruly, and was challenging any passerby on the street to a fight.

The 3 other males reported the intoxicated male approached them for a lighter, and then caused a scene when he was unable to obtain one.

He was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct.

Larceny:

Occurred on 10/28 – Woodland Rd.

Officers responded for a reported larceny. The victim stated that several weeks ago she placed an order on-line from Neiman Marcus. When the package didn’t arrive, she called them and they informed her that Fed Ex delivered the package at 4:12 PM on October 28th. The victim believes her package was stolen.



Occurred on 11/3 at 3:42 PM – Stop & Shop (155Harvard St.)

Officers responded for a call of shoplifting that had occurred. A description was given out of a dark colored vehicle taking a right on Harvard St out of the parking lot of Stop & Shop, and the license plate was obtained.

The manager stated that a white male in his early twenties had approached the counter and wanted to return a box of Swiffer cleaners. After giving the suspect the cash back, the manager felt something was wrong, and so followed him into the parking lot to obtain a license plate number. He then went to the aisle where the cleaning products were and realized that there two boxes of Swiffer cleaning products were missing. The suspect was also observed on surveillance video leaving the store with two cleaning boxes and a brown bag with unknown items in a shopping carriage.

The query of the vehicle registration was run, and a copy of the video is being provided.
