June 23rd – 24th

Arrests:

Occurred at 4:31 PM (6/23) – Harvard Street

Officers were patrolling the area when they observed a vehicle proceed through a red light at the intersection of Fuller St. Officers conducted a traffic stop and informed the subject of the reason for the stop. Officers then learned that the subject had an outstanding warrant out for his arrest. The subject was subsequently placed under arrest without incident and will be cited for the red light violation.

Occurred at 12:20 AM (6/24) – Boylston Street/ Washington Street

Officers were conducting radar in the Boylston Street area when they observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle proceeded and did not stop for officers. Officers caught up to the subject and the subject was placed under arrest and charged with multiple motor vehicle infractions such as failure to stop for police, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, operating to endanger, operating after suspension, and resisting arrests, failure to stop at a red light, marked lanes violations, no directional while turning, and speeding.
