Brookline PD - Park Interns

Position: Park Police Interns

Start Date: May 24th 2010

Schedule: Nights and Weekends, till Labor Day

Qualifications: Preference to Town residents who have attained the age of 18 and are enrolled in college, with an interest in Criminal Justice. Park Interns will ensure that park rules, regulations and Town by‐laws are adhered to, within the recreational areas of the Town. They will work closely with the Police officers on the street as well as Park Rangers from the Park Department. Hours will be late afternoon and evening shifts. We are seeking highly motivated people who enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life. They should enjoy being outside getting exercise as they may be required to travel between several locations and interacting with people in the parks.
