February 22nd

Arrest

  • Occurred 9:45PM (2/22) – Park Dr./Medfield St.

Police executed a traffic stop due to suspicious activity. Upon identifying the operator, it was found that he had a suspended driver’s license and he was subsequently arrested for operating after suspension.

Fraud

  • Occurred 8:17PM (2/09) – Colbourne Cres.

Police responded to a report of credit fraud. The victim stated that she and her husband had been on vacation in South Africa and had rented a car. Upon returning to the United States, it was discovered that two fraudulent charges had been made on his credit account. Police are following up on the case.

Burglary

  • Occurred between 2:00PM (2/20) and 9:00AM (2/22) – Beacon St.

Police responded to a report of a breaking and entering and larceny. The victim stated that when he arrived into work this morning he noticed that the rear door had been forced open. It appeared that only a small amount of money, located in a desk drawer, was missing. Officers were also alerted to an attempted breaking and entering in a neighboring building. Police are following up on the case.

  • Occurred between 9:45PM (2/21) and 9:00AM (2/22) – Harvard St.

Police responded to a report of a breaking and entering. The victim stated that when his employee opened his store in the morning, he noticed that the back door had been forced open and money was missing from the register. Police are following up on the case.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 12:45PM (2/17) and 4:00PM (2/17) – 150 Fisher Ave.

Police responded to a report of a larceny. The victim stated that she had left her purse unattended while in her office. When she left work and went to CVS, she realized that her money and bank card were missing from her wallet. Police are following up on the case.

Breaking and Entering and Larceny of a Motor Vehicle

  • Occurred between 6:00PM and 9:27PM (2/22) – 1 Station St.

Police responded to a report of a breaking and entering and larceny of a motor vehicle in the Station Street parking lot. The victim stated that after eating dinner, he returned to find the front driver side window of his vehicle smashed and his GPS unit missing. Police are following up on the case.
