November 17th Police Reports

Arrest

  • Occurred at 12:38AM (11/17)- School Street/ Harvard Street

Michael Pringle, 63 yrs, was arrested and charged with Operating while Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquors and Failure to use care when coming to a stop.

Police responded to the scene of a motor vehicle collision and were informed that by the victim that a vehicle had just struck her car from behind and she believed the other driver might be intoxicated. Police spoke with the other driver and determined him to be under the influence of alcohol

  • Occurred at 1:18AM (11/17)- Boylston Street/ Chestnut Hill Avenue

Luizfernando Martins, 39 yrs, was arrested and charged with being Not Duly Licensed and other traffic offenses.

Police on patrol witnessed a vehicle traveling well above the posted rate of speed and upon stopping the vehicle it was revealed that the driver did not have a right to operate after 9PM, he was subsequently arrested.

  • Occurred at 5:58PM (11/17)- 16 New Terrace Road

Cherman Pierre, 22 yrs, was arrested and charged with Trespassing.

Summons

  • Occurred at 12:56AM (11/17) - Winchester Street/ Thorndike Street

Police stopped a vehicle with a defective headlight and learned that the vehicles driver did not have a license to operate. During the traffic stop police were approached by another vehicle operated by the suspects father, after some investigation police informed the suspect that he would be summonsed to court for Unlicensed Operation and defective equipment. Police additionally informed the suspects father that he would be summonsed to court for Knowingly Allowing Unlicensed Operation.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred between 3PM and 4PM (11/15) - Park Street/Beacon Street

Victim reported that sometime over a one hour period her vehicles driver’s side had been ‘keyed’. The cost of this damage was estimated at $1,600.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 2:30PM and 3:00PM (11/17) - 1773 Beacon Street

Victim reported that her purse had been stolen from outside her son’s class room at the All Saints Church. The bag contained several passports, multiple credit cars, a cell phone and about $25 cash.
