November 18th Police Reports

Summons

  • Occurred at 12:38AM (11/18) - Kent Street/ Aspinwall Avenue

Police on patrol witnessed two subjects huddled in bushes appearing to be urinating. Upon stopping the suspect’s police saw a zip lock bag partially sticking out of one of the man’s pockets. The bag contained a green leafy substance believed to be Marijuana and in addition police found a glass pipe and additional Marijuana, as well as an unopened beer can in his jacket pocket. Police informed the suspect that he would be summonsed to court for Minor in Possession of Alcohol and Possession of a Class D Substance (Marijuana).

  • Occurred at 1:06AM (11/18) - 277 Mason Terrace

Police were dispatched for calls of a fight that had spilled out onto the street. Police were met by several suspects and it was revealed that this location had been cause for concern in the past regarding loud parties. Police informed the residents that they would all be summonsed to court.

Graffiti

  • Occurred between 8PM (11/17) and 5:30AM (11/18) - 111 Marion Street

Victim reports that sometime overnight her outside fence had been ‘tagged’ multiple times with a black marker, the cost of this damage is unknown.
