Monday, December 26

CAR BREAK

Officers were called to Penniman Rd for a report of a breaking and entering in process. A male suspect was seen rummaging through a vehicle, that was left unlocked in a driveway overnight. The suspect has been summonsed to court.

PACKAGE THEFT 

Officers responded to Dwight St for a report, where the reporting party shared that they received notification of a delivery, but when they went to collect it, they discovered that the packages had been opened and the contents stolen.



Tuesday, December 27

ASSAULT 

Officers took a report of an assault that occurred on Thornton St. The suspect has been arrested.

PACKAGE THEFT 

Officers were called to Hurd Rd for a report, where the reporting party shared that they discovered two packages that had been opened, the contents of which had been removed.

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to Harvard St for a report of shoplifting.

ATTEMPTED CAR BREAK

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they left their vehicle in a parking lot on West Roxbury Pkwy. They returned a few hours later to find that someone had attempted to defeat the lock and gain entry to the vehicle.

SCAM

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared they received an email stating their account had been charged for two purchases. The party called the provided number and were instructed to purchase gift cards in order to cover the charges and rectify the mistake.

PACKAGE THEFT 

Officers were called to Beacon St for a report, where the reporting party shared that they received notification of a delivery, but when they went to collect it, the packages were gone.


Wednesday, December 28

CAR BREAK

Officers responded to Aspinwall Av for a report, where the reporting party shared that they left their vehicle unlocked in the driveway overnight and discovered the next morning that it had been rummaged through.

SHOPLIFTING

Officers were called to Commonwealth Av for a report of shoplifting.

CAR BREAK

Officers responded to Aspinwall Av for a report, where the reporting party shared that they left their vehicles unlocked in the driveway overnight and discovered the next morning that they had been rummaged through.

CHECK FRAUD

Officers took a report, where the reporting party stated they mailed a check and later discovered it had been altered before being cashed. The suspect has been placed under arrest.

SHOPLIFTING

Officers were called to Beacon St for a report of shoplifting. The suspect was summonsed to court.

PACKAGE THEFT 

Officers took a report for a theft that occurred on Park St. The reporting party shared that they received notification of a delivery, but when they went to collect it, the packages were gone.

SCAM

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared they discovered someone had used their information to open a cellular account without their authorization.


Thursday, December 29

CAR BREAK

Officers responded to Thorndike St for a report, where the reporting party shared that they left their vehicle unlocked in the driveway overnight and discovered the next morning that it had been rummaged through.

Officers were called to Linden Pl for a report, where the reporting party shared that they left their vehicle unlocked in a garage overnight and discovered a few days later that it had been rummaged through.

Officers responded to Winchester St for a report, where the reporting party shared that they witnessed an individual rummaging through their vehicle, which had been left unlocked in a residential parking lot.


Friday, December 30

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

Officers were called to Pleasant St for a report of a suspicious individual. A male individual was seen walking around a parking lot and looking into vehicles. Officers found abandoned property in the parking lot and took custody of it for safe keeping.

CHECK FRAUD

Officers took a report, where the reporting party stated they mailed a check and later discovered someone had altered and attempted to cash it.


Sunday, January 1

ANIMAL VIOLATION

Officers took a report of an incident that occurred in Amory Park. The reporting party stated they were walking in the park when an unleashed dog ran over and jumped on them.

ASSAULT

Officers were dispatched to Babcock St for a report. The suspect of an assault was summonsed to court.
