ANIMAL BITE

Officers took a report of a dog bite that occurred in the area of Chestnut St and Walnut St. The reporting party stated they were walking their dog when another off-leash dog approached and began biting them.

MALICIOUS DAMAGE

Officers took a report of damage done to a vehicle at Larz Anderson Park.

CAR BREAK

Officers responded to Beacon St for a report, where the reporting party shared that they left their vehicle parked on the street and returned a couple hours later to find the window had been smashed and property had been stolen.


Tuesday, December 20

PURSE THEFT 

Officers took a report of a theft that occurred on Beacon St. The reporting party stated they left their purse in a shopping cart and returned to find their wallet was missing.

MALICIOUS DAMAGE 

Officers took a report of vandalism that occurred on Pleasant St.

BIKE THEFT 

Officers were called to Fuller St for a report, where the reporting party shared that they left their bicycle on their porch unsecured and returned a week later to discover it was missing.

MALICIOUS DAMAGE 

Officers took a report of damage done to a vehicle that was parked on Strathmore Rd.

FRAUD 

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they were attempting to buy tickets through Craigslist. The seller claimed the electronic payment did not go through and requested additional amounts without providing the tickets.

SHOPPLIFTING 

Officers responded to Harvard St for a report of shoplifting.


Wednesday, December 21

PACKAGE THEFT 

Officers were called to Hurd Rd for a report, where the reporting party shared that they discovered two packages that had been opened, the contents of which had been removed.


Thursday, December 22

SCAM 

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they received an email that appeared to be from a friend. The email requested the victim buy gift cards for a sick friend and then requested additional funds.



Friday, December 23

AUTO PARTS THEFT 

Officers responded to Kent St for a report, where the reporting party shared that they left their vehicle in a residential lot for a couple weeks and later discovered that the catalytic converter had been stolen.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY 

Officers were called to Beacon St for a report of a suspicious individual. The reporting party shared they observed a male individual leave the premises with a package but could not confirm whether it was stolen. No crime has been reported at this time.

PACKAGE THEFT 

Officers responded to Walnut St for a report, where the reporting party shared that they received a notification of a delivery, but when they went to collect it, the package was gone.
