Due to prior years, there have been large numbers of trick or treaters in various neighborhoods. These neighborhoods have petitioned the Town for closure of the roads that are known to be busy. Below are a list of the roads that will be closed and their times.
Vernon St. (between Park/Harvard & at Harris/Vernon) - 3:45-5:30pm
Russett Rd. (between Independence & Asheville) - 5:30-8:00pm
Loveland Rd., Ackers Ave., Doran Rd. - 6:00-8:30pm
Brook St. (between Toxteth & Kent) - 5:00-9:00pm
Beals St. (between Harvard & Gibbs) - 5:30-9:30pm
