Police Reports 10/1

Fraud: 10/1 at 4:33pm – Kent St
Victim stated that there were missing funds in his bank account. Victim was told that his information has been changed and that his checks are now being deposited to Pittsburgh PA. Account has since been flagged as fraud.

B&E&L of MV: 9/27 at 6:00pm & 10/1 at 7:00am – Thorndike St
Officer responded to a report for a past breaking and entering and larceny from a motor vehicle. Victim stated that he discovered that the glove box as well the center console was open and papers were left scattered. Victim stated that he left his parked vehicle unlocked.

Operating After Revocation: 10/2 at 12:11am – Parkway Rd / Brookline Ave
A random query check revealed that the operator of a vehicle had a revoked registration status. Operator was placed under arrest and charged for Operating after revocation (registration), Operating after suspension (license), and Operating a MV with no license in possession.

B&E of MV: 10/2 b/t 2:40am & 2:49am – Lancaster Tr
Officer observed a motor vehicle with an open driver's door and several small items discarded on the ground in the driveway of Lancaster Terrace. Due to the recent rash of motor vehicle breaks in the area, units were requested to locate the suspect/s. Attempt in finding the suspects were unsuccessful but several pieces of evidence were collected.

Burglary: 10/1 at 6:10pm – Westbourne Tr
Officers responded to a report for a Breaking and Entering in progress. Victim stated that he observed two male suspects exiting the front vestibule of his home. Suspects fled down Westborune Terr. towards Beacon St. An inspection revealed that there was nothing neither missing nor disturbed in the vestibule. Suspects are described as two young Hispanic males in their early twenties, approximately 5"6 to 5"8, both had very short dark colored hair. Suspect #1 was wearing dark colored jeans with a tan sweater; Subject #2 was wearing dark colored jeans with a light colored hoodie and polo type shirt underneath.

Operating After Suspension: 10/1 at 12:05am – Harvard St
Officer observed a vehicle traveling with an expired inspection sticker. A vehicle registration check revealed that that the license was suspended. Operator was placed under arrest and cited for operating after suspended license and for an expired inspection sticker.

MV Theft: 10/1 b/t 9:30am & 6:00pm – Boylston St
Victim stated that his motor vehicle had been stolen. Victim stated that he left his vehicle parked with the keys left inside.
