Traffic Offense

• Occurred 9:07AM (9/1) – Heath St/Cary Rd.

Suspect was seen backing out illegally from a parking lot and into a busy street. Suspect was asked for his license and registration. Suspect stated that he had a driver’s license from his home country but not from the U.S. The foreign license was expired. Suspect was placed under arrest and cited for improper backing and being not duly licensed to operate a motor vehicle. Police cited the owner of the vehicle for allowing an improper person to operate his motor vehicle.
