September 14th Police Reports

Burglary

  • Occurred 10:00AM (9/13) – 182 Thorndike St.

Owner of a local Laundromat reported that someone had managed to open seven at his coin operated dryer machines in an unknown fashion. Victim stated that all coin boxes were empty and one happened to be missing. Victim stated that there is a locking system set in place. The boxes and the lock cylinders were all placed into evidence. Detectives will be processing the lock mechanisms.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred between 3:00PM (9/11) and 7:30AM (9/12) – 26 Greenough St.

Victim reported that an unknown individual had broken off the rear window wiper control of her vehicle. Detectives will be following up on the case.

Warrant Default

  • Occurred 9:09AM (9/14) – 345 Harvard St.

Police conducted a traffic stop when having spotted an expired inspection sticker on a subject’s vehicle. Police asked the subject for his license and registration. Subject stated that he didn’t have a license since it had been revoked. Police found that the subject also had a default warrant that had been issued for his arrest. Subject was placed under arrest and issued a citation for operating after revocation and operating with an expired inspection sticker.
