September 30th Police Reports

Assault

  • Occurred between 5:26AM and 6:01AM (9/30)

A female subject reports being awakened by an unknown male who walked into her room. She reports that this male assaulted her, it appeared as though entry to the house was gained through a kitchen window. The suspect is described as a white male in his 20’s with crew cut style hair last seen wearing a light colored t shirt and possible wearing square framed glasses. This case is still under investigation.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 10AM (9/29) and 12:04PM (9/30) - 1314 Beacon Street

Victim reports that after returning from work she noticed her wallet missing from her purse, the wallet contained a small amount of cash and several identification cards and bank cards.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 9:20AM and 4:01PM (9/30) - Pearl Street/Washington Street

Victim reports that his vehicles passenger window was smashed and a GPS navigation system valued between $300 and $400 was taken from the dashboard.

  • Occurred between 6PM (9/20) and 12PM (9/30)-512 Washington Street

Victim reports that her bike was stolen sometime over the last week the bike is described as a blue Cignal Montauk valued at $260.

Summons

  • Occurred between 5PM and 5:30PM (9/30) - 1340 Beacon Street

Two men were seen arguing outside an area Walgreens, the conversation turned sour shortly thereafter and the suspect threw a drink onto the victim. The suspect will be summonsed to court for Assault and Battery.

  • Occurred at 10:12PM (9/30)- 301 Harvard Street

David Morales, 46 yrs, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Class A Substance (Heroin), Possession of Burglarious Tools, and Receiving Stolen Property.

Police on patrol noticed a suspicious male walking slowly while peering into the parked cars windows. The man matched the description of a suspect sought in previous car break-ins in that area. When police stopped the suspect identified as Morales they found him to be in possession of burglarious tools and a syringe containing a brown substance believed to be heroin. Morales also had in his possession stolen keys, he was subsequently arrested
