ARRESTS

• Occurred at 12:05 p.m. (6/18/07)- 1302 Beacon Street
  

Juvenile 1 and Juvenile 2 of Brookline were arrested for Shoplifting from Mint Julep on Beacon Street. The store owner had observed one of the juveniles with unpaid merchandise in her bag. Both juveniles were also issued verbal no trespass orders by the owner.

BURGLARY

• Between 11:30 a.m. and 4:43 p.m. (6/18/07)- 23 Hurd Road
  

At the above time and location, the victim’s apartment had been broken into. The victim stated that most of her jewelry was taken from her bedroom along with some loose change. It seemed that the point of entry was the front door. The door’s locks appeared to be pried open by the use of some sort of pry tool and body pressure.
