ARRESTS

Owen Davies was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery. Davies had gotten into an altercation with his mother, and had “spat” in her face.
LARCENY
- Between 7:00 p.m. and 7:22 p.m. (3/14/07)- Harvard Avenue, Boston
At the above time and location, the suspect was seen removing money from the coin boxes of certain USA Today newspaper machines. The amount of $4.75 in quarters and $0.75 in nickels and dimes was recovered from the suspect. He will be summonsed into court for Larceny at 208 Harvard Avenue, Allston, and attempted Larceny at 285 Harvard Street, Brookline. - Occurred at 2:51 p.m. (3/19/07)- Harvard Street
At the above time and location, a white shopping bag filled with numerous Polo style shirts was found abandoned. The clothing was property of The Children’s Place and was later confirmed to have been shoplifted. There had been seventeen (17) jerseys with a total value of $155 in the white shopping bag. The suspect was described as a black female, 48-55 years old, medium build, wearing a brown jacket (carrying a white bag).
