THEFT

Officers took a report of a theft that occurred on Washington St. The reporting party stated someone took a political sign from their lawn.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

Officers were called to Kennard Rd for a report of an open window.

ANIMAL BITE

Officers took a report of a dog bite that occurred on Egmont St. The reporting party stated their dog became startled and bit another person.

THEFT FROM A BUILDING

Officers were called to Tappan St for a report of stolen items. The reporting party stated they left their belongings in an unsecured locker and returned to find items missing.

Tuesday, December 5

BY-LAW VIOLATION

Officers were called to Browne St for a continuous car alarm sounding. The owner was issued a citation.

BIKE THEFT

Officers responded to Washington St for a report of an attempted bike theft. The suspect attempted to remove the bike from an unsecured garage but was unsuccessful.

SHOPLIFTING

Officers were called to Harvard St for a shoplifting. The suspect was summonsed to court.

FRAUD

Officers took a report, where the reporting party stated they believed their computer had been compromised and contacted the provided number. The scammer requested payment in gift cards. 

PACKAGE THEFT

Officers were called to Monmouth St for a report, where the reporting party shared that they received a delivery to the unsecured foyer, but when they went to collect the package, it was gone.

MALICIOUS DAMAGE

Officers took a report of malicious damage done to a building on Brookline Pl.

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they received a call from someone claiming to be from the bank and asking for personal identifying information.

SHOPLIFTING

Officers responded to Harvard St for a shoplifting. The suspect was arrested.

Saturday, December 9

CHECK FRAUD

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they mailed a check and later learned that it had been intercepted, altered, and then cashed.
