CAR BREAK

Officers were called Hallwood Rd for a report, where the reporting party stated they left their vehicle unlocked in the driveway overnight and discovered the next morning that property was missing.

MALICIOUS DAMAGE

Officers took a report of malicious damage done to a building on School St.

INTERNET FRAUD

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they received an email from an individual claiming to be the owner of a bank account and requesting a monetary transfer.

SHOPLIFTING

Officers took a report of shoplifting that occurred on Washington St.

THEFT

Officers took a report of a theft that occurred on Beacon St. The reporting party shared that a group of individuals stole money out of a tip jar.


Tuesday, April 4

BIKE THEFT

Officers responded to Beacon St for a report, where the reporting party shared that they left their bike unsecured at the rear of a residential building. The bike was recovered, and the perpetrator was placed under arrest.

PACKAGE THEFT

Officers were called to Euston St for a report, where the reporting party shared that they received notification of a delivery, but when they went to collect it, they discovered the package had been ripped open and the contents removed.


Wednesday, April 5

FRAUD

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they received a call from someone claiming to be from the bank. The scammer claimed they needed to verify bank information and warned that there had been possible fraudulent activity on the account.

AUTO PARTS THEFT

Officers responded to Plowgate Rd for a report of a theft of a catalytic converter.

MALICIOUS DAMAGE

Officers took a report of damage done to a motor vehicle that was parked on Eliot Av. The perpetrator was summonsed to court.

PACKAGE THEFT 

Officers were called to St Paul St for a report, where the reporting party shared that they received a notification of a delivery, but when they went to collect it, they discovered it was not delivered.

ASSAULT

Officers responded to Thornton Rd for a report of an altercation between two individuals after a parking dispute.


Friday, April 7

SCAM

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they attempted to purchase an item online, but the site turned out to be fraudulent.

MALICIOUS DAMAGE

Officers took a report of damage done to a vehicle parked on Harvard St.

THEFT

Officers took a report of tax fraud and monetary theft. The perpetrator was summonsed to court.

ID FRAUD

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they discovered someone had fraudulently filed for unemployment using their information.

CHECK FRAUD

Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they discovered a forged check had been cashed from their account.

PACKAGE THEFT

Officers responded to St Paul St for a report, where the reporting party shared that they received notification of a delivery, but when they went to collect it, the package was gone.

Officers were called to Beacon St for a report, where the reporting party shared that they received notification of a delivery, but when they went to collect it, the package was gone.

MV THEFT

Officers responded to Tappan St for a report, where the reporting party shared that they left their vehicle parked in the street overnight, with the keys inside, and discovered it had been stolen. The vehicle has since been recovered.

Officers responded to Stearns Rd for a report, where the reporting party shared that a package had been delivered to the lobby, but when they went to collect it, they found the box with the contents missing.
