ROBBERY - Officers responded to a hold up alarm at the Brookline Bank located at 2 Harvard Square in Brookline. Multiple units were dispatched to the bank and to the surrounding area. The suspect passed a note demanding money. No weapon was shown. On 9/27, the suspect was located and placed under arrest.
FRAUD - Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared they discovered someone had fraudulently filed for unemployment using their personal information.
ANIMAL VIOLATION - Officers took a report of a dog bite that occurred at Corey Hill Park. The reporting party stated they were walking their dog in the park when another dog became aggressive and bit theirs.
FRAUD - Officers took a report, where the reporting party was inquiring about an apartment online but later discovered that the listing was false after the owner requested additional funds.
Tuesday, September 27
ASSAULT - The suspect of the bank robbery, which occurred on 9/26, was located in front of 99 Harvard Street by an officer who recognized him and knew of his active arrest warrant. When officers attempted to place the suspect into custody, he punched one officer in the face and assaulted a second officer. The suspect was ultimately subdued and taken into custody. Both officers suffered minor injuries and were sent to an area hospital for an evaluation and have since been released.

LARCENY - Officers were called to Babcock St for a report, where the reporting party shared they secured their bike in a garage overnight and discovered the next morning that the wheels had been stolen.

MOPED THEFT - Officers responded to Holly Ln for a report, where the reporting party shared they secured their motorized scooter in a parking lot for a few hours and returned to discover it was missing.
AUTO PARTS THEFT - Officers were called to Park St for a report of a theft. The reporting party stated they left their vehicle in a parking lot over night and discovered the next morning that the catalytic converter had been removed.
FRAUD - Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they discovered fraudulent purchases were made on their Amazon account.

FRAUD - Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared that they discovered someone had fraudulently filed for unemployment using their personal information.
ASSAULT - Officers responded to the area of Washington St and Davis Av for a report of an individual with a firearm. The reporting party shared a male individual approached them after an incident of road rage and appeared to be in possession of a firearm.

GRAFFITI - Officers were alerted to new graffiti found on Beacon St.
MALICIOUS DAMAGE - Officers took a report, where the reporting party shared they witnessed an individual do physical damage to a vehicle parked on Beacon St.
LARCENY - Officers were called to Harvard Sq for a report of a theft. The reporting party shared that they left their cellphone unattended and later discovered it was missing.

BIKE THEFT - Officers responded to Walnut St for a report, where the reporting party stated they left their bike in a garage overnight and returned in the morning to discover it had been stolen.
