ANIMAL BITE - Officers took a report of a dog bite that occurred on Heath St. The victim reported coming across two loose dogs, which led them back to their house. One of the dogs then bit the victim multiple times. The owner has been issued a citation and summonsed to court for violations of town by-laws.

ASSAULT - Officers responded to Tappan St for a report of a dispute between two parties. An individual reportedly pushed another in the chest while trying to enter a room, having also pushed open the door. The individual responsible will be summonsed to court for assault and battery.

FRAUD - Officers were called to Princeton Rd for a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they received a package from the bank containing information for a new account, which had been created without their knowledge or consent. The matter is under investigation.

FRAUD - Officers took a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they received a call from someone claiming to the CEO of the company they work for. The suspect requested they purchase several gift cards and send the account numbers to an unknown cell. The matter is under investigation.

LARCENY - Officers responded to Harvard St for a report of a larceny. The reporting party stated they saw an unknown woman leaving their office and later realized that property was missing from the premises. The matter is under investigation.

LARCENY - Officers were called to Hedge Rd for a report of larceny. The reporting party stated they noticed money and property was going missing from their residence. The matter is under investigation.


Tuesday, April 5

AUTO PARTS THEFT - Officers took a report of a theft that occurred on Thayer St. The reporting party stated they parked their vehicle in their driveway and discovered that the catalytic converter had been stolen overnight.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - Officers responded to Fuller St for a report of suspicious activity. The reporting party stated they discovered a hole in their window that had not been there the night before. The matter is under investigation.

GRAFFITI - Officers were called to Griggs Park for a report of graffiti. The matter is under investigation.

AUTO PARTS THEFT - Officers took a report of a theft that occurred on Waverly St. The reporting party stated they parked their vehicle in their driveway and discovered that the catalytic converter had been stolen overnight. The matter is under investigation.

AUTO PARTS THEFT - Officers took a report of an attempted theft that occurred on Thayer St. The reporting party stated they noticed their vehicle making a loud noise and discovered someone had done damage to the engine while trying to steal the catalytic converter. The matter is under investigation.


Wednesday, April 6

CAR BREAK - Officers responded to the area of Centre St and Williams St for a report of a larceny from a motor vehicle. The reporting party stated they parked their vehicle on the street and returned to find property missing. The matter is under investigation.

FRAUD - Officers were called to Clark Rd for a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they received a letter from the Department of Unemployment regarding their unemployment benefits, which had been filed for without their knowledge or consent. The matter is under investigation.

FRAUD - Officers were called to Babcock St for a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they received a call from two individuals claiming to be law enforcement officers, who claimed there had been a crime and needed personal information, as well as money, to investigate it. The matter is under investigation.

SHOPLIFTING - Officers responded to Harvard St for a report of shoplifting. Two individuals requested to look at a piece of merchandise and then left the store without paying for it. The matter is under investigation.

BIKE THEFT - Officers took a report of a bike theft. The reporting party stated that as they were taking an inventory of the bikes, they noticed one was missing. The matter is under investigation.


Thursday, April 7

FRAUD - Officers took a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they were informed that they owed taxes for unemployment benefits that they had not applied for. The matter is under investigation.

FRAUD - Officers took a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they discovered checks they had written were altered and then cashed without their knowledge or consent. The matter is under investigation.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - Officers were called to Harvard St for a report of an individual creating a disturbance. A male individual was throwing trash into the street and yelling at pedestrians. The matter has been resolved.

FRAUD - Officers took as report of fraud. The reporting party stated they were notified that someone had opened three separate accounts in their name. The matter is under investigation.


Friday, April 8

LARCENY - Officers responded to Egmont St for a report of larceny. The reporting party stated they discovered an individual had rummaged through their house and removed property. The matter is under investigation.

FRAUD - Officers were called to Webster St for a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they were contacted by a male individual claiming to be from a hotel company. He stated that in order to cancel a reservation the reporting party needed to purchase gift cards and provide the information. The matter is under investigation.


Saturday, April 9

LARCENY - Officers responded to Webster St for a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they discovered property was missing from their room after they returned home for the day. The matter is under investigation.

FOUND PROPERTY - A good Samaritan turned in a wallet, which will be kept at the station for safe keeping.

LARCENY - Officers took a report of a theft that occurred on Beacon St. The reporting party stated they left their bag unattended and returned to discover it was missing. The matter is under investigation.


Sunday, April 10

BURGLARY - Officers were called to Fernwood Rd for a report of a burglary. The reporting party stated they returned home to find that the house had been rummaged through and that property was missing. The matter is under investigation.
