GRAFFITI - Officers were called to Amory Park for a report of graffiti. The matter is being referred to the Community Service Department.

GRAFFITI - Officers responded to the intersection of Babcock St and Freeman St for a report of graffiti. The matter is being referred to the Community Service Department.


Tuesday, December 14

ASSAULT - Officers were called to Winchester St for a report of an altercation between two individuals. They had entered into a verbal argument over a traffic dispute when one individual struck the other multiple times then fled. The matter is under investigation.

MAIL THEFT - Officers responded to Beacon St for a report of mail theft. The reporting party stated they found envelopes ripped open in the building's foyer. The matter is under investigation.

FRAUD - Officers were called to Rawson Rd for a report of ID fraud. The reporting party stated they received notification about a bank account opened with their social security number and, upon further investigation, that money had been transferred out of a previous account. The matter is under investigation.


Wednesday, December 15

FRAUD - Officers responded to James St for a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they called a customer service number found online, which they believed to be legitimate. They were then alerted to attempts trying to access their accounts, which they did not initiate themselves. The matter is under investigation.

FRAUD - Officers were called to Park St for a report of a scam. The reporting party stated they received a call from an individual regarding Social Security accounts. The individual asked for identifying information and threatened to freeze social security benefits if they did not comply. The matter is under investigation.


Thursday, December 16

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY - Officers responded to Pond Av for a report of an attempted breaking and entering. An individual was witnessed trying open multiple locked doors but left when they were unsuccessful. Officers identified the suspect and placed them under arrest.

SHOPLIFTING - Officers were called to Washington St for a report of shoplifting. The reporting individual stated they witnessed an individual conceal multiple items on their persons, and when they confronted the suspect, the individual dropped some items and left the store without incident. The matter is under investigation.

FRAUD - Officers responded to Kent St for a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they received notification about a change on their phone bill and a new purchase, that was done without their knowledge or consent. The matter is under investigation.


Friday, December 17

PACKAGE THEFT - Officers were called to Longwood Av for a report of a package theft. The reporting party stated they received notification that the item was delivered, but they never received it. The matter is under investigation.

LARCENY - Officers took a report of a larceny of a license plate. The reporting party stated they had  parked the car in a lot and later discovered the license plate had been removed. The matter is under investigation.


Saturday, December 18

PACKAGE THEFT - Officers responded to Freeman St for a report of a package theft. The reporting party stated that two packages had been taken from their residence. The matter is under investigation.

FRAUD - Officers were called to Beacon St for a report of fraud. The reporting party stated they lost their wallet and later received notification that their credit card had been used in a purchase. The matter is under investigation.


Sunday, December 19

FOUND PROPERTY - An individual came to the station to turn in car keys that were found in the area of Winthrop Square. They will be kept at the station for safe keeping.

LARCENY - Officers took a report of a larceny of a wallet. The reporting party stated they realized their wallet was missing when they received notification of a fraudulent purchase made on their credit card. The matter is under investigation.

LARCENY - Officers took a report of a larceny on Boylston St. The reporting party stated they noticed property missing from a unit they were renting. The matter is under investigation.
