Officers took 14 Unemployment Fraud Reports since 11/25/2020
11/25/2020- Officers took a package theft report from a
resident of Babcock St. The resident
reported to the officers that they had a delivery notice for a package, when
they went to retrieve the package; it had been taken from the fount of their building.

11/26/2020- Officers took a Break and Enter report from a
resident of Green St. The resident reported
to the officers that their car was parked in the parking lot overnight, when
they went out to their vehicle they noticed multiple items were missing from their
car.
11/26/2020- Officers took a bike theft report from a
resident of Hawes St. The resident
reported that their bike was missing from their back yard.
11/26/2020- Officers responded to the area of St. Paul and
Parkman St for a report of an attempted motorcycle theft. The caller was able to give a description to
the responding officers. Officers were
able to locate an individual in the area who was placed under arrest for
multiple warrants, damage to the bike and drug possession.
11/26/2020- Officers took a stolen bike report from Calrton
St. The victim reported to officers that
their bike was locked to a pole on Calrton St.
When they returned for the bike, it was gone along with the lock.
11/27/2020- Officers took a package theft report from a
resident of Thatcher St. The resident
reported that they got a notification of a package being delivered; when they
went to retrieve it the package was gone.
11/27/2020- Officers took a report from Harvard St. The victim reported that they had left some
belongings on a bench while utilizing a park.
When they went to retrieve their items, the victim reported they were
gone.
11/30/2020- Officers made an arrest on a warrant on
Washington St.
12/01/2020- Offices responded to CVS on Beacon St for a
shoplifting report. The employees
reported to the officers that a customer was observed concealing items in a bag
and leaving the store without purchasing.
12/01/2020- Officers responded to CVS on Commonwealth Ave.
for a report of shoplifting. The
employees reported to officers that a customer was in the store and seen
concealing items in a bag and leaving without purchasing.
