09/14/2020

 

09/10/2020- Officers took a fraud report form a resident of Freeman St.  The victim reported to Officers that they received a call from an unknown party claiming to be with a government agency.  The victim also reported that he unknown caller threated the caller if they did not send money to them.

 

09/10/2020- Officers took a report for unemployment fraud from a resident of Crowninshield Rd.   The resident informed Officers that they received a letter in the mail stating that a claim for unemployment assistance was filed using their information.

 

09/11/2020- Officers took a package theft report from a resident on Beacon St.  The resident reported to the Officers that they got a delivery confirmation from FedEx. When they went to retrieve the package, it had be stolen.

 

09/11/2020- Officers took a report for unemployment fraud from a resident of Beacon St.   The resident informed Officers that they received an email from their employer stating that a claim for unemployment assistance was filed using their information without their knowledge.

09/11/2020- Officers took a report from a resident of Francis St for a larceny report.  The resident reported to Officers that sometime overnight someone had entered their garage and stole items.

09/11/2020- Officers took a package theft report from a resident of Euston St.  The resident reported to Officers that they had multiple packages that were stolen out of the foyer of the building.

09/11/2020- Officers took a report for unemployment fraud from a resident of Beacon St.   The resident informed Officers that they received a suspicious letter in the mail regarding unemployment assistance however had not applied for any assistance. 

 

09/11/2020- Officers took a report for unemployment fraud from Webster St.   The resident informed Officers that they received a letter in the mail stating that a claim for unemployment assistance was filed using their information.

09/11/2020- Officers took a larceny report from a resident of Washington St.  The resident reported to Officers that someone had stolen their grill from their property. 

 

09/12/2020- Officers responded to a residence on Aspinwall Ave for a report of a Break and Entry.   Upon arrival the Officers spoke to the resident who reported hearing someone attempting to gain entry into their residence. This is still under investigation.

 

09/12/2020- Officers took a fraud report from a resident of Little Rd.  The resident reported to Officers that they were attempting to sell an item online.  An unknown party to them sent a check to purchase the item, however they sent the check for more money than the asking price.  The unknown party then asked the victim to forward money to another account from the check.

09/12/2020- Officers took a report of a stolen bicycle form Thorndike St.   The resident reported to the Officers that their bicycle was taken from their shed sometime overnight.
