5/22 thru 5/26/20


5/22/2020 Officers responded to an address on Tappan St. on a fraud call.  A report was taken.
05/22/2020 Officers responded to an address on  Newton St. for a report of ID fraud.  A report was filed.

05/22/2020 Officers responded to an address on Beacon Street for a reported recent shoplifting.  Officers searched the area but were unable to find the suspect. A report and video surveillance have been submitted.

05/22/2020 Officers responded to an address on Powell Street for a report of a package theft.   A report has been filed.

05/22/2022  Officers responded to an address on  Hamilton St for a report of a stolen license plate. The plate was stolen off of his motorcycle. A report was filed.

05/22/2020 Officers responded to an address on Beacon St for a report of found property. The reporting party located a sum of money and wished to turn into the police. The money has been secured into evidence.

05/22/2020 Officers responded to an address on Commonwealth Avenue  for a shoplifting with a suspect that had just left the store.  Officers responded and  located a subject fitting the description. After an investigation the subject was advised he was being summonsed into Brookline Court for shoplifting.

05/23/2020 Officers took  a report over the phone for fraud.

05/23/2020 Officers took a report from a resident on Beacon St for a larceny of a package. The victim believes the package was taken from the lobby of his building. A report has been filed.

5/24/2020 Officers responded to an address on Park Vale Apt.  for a report of a past scooter larceny. The scooter in question is a Genuine Scooter Company 50cc "Buddy" model.  It is red in color with a black seating compartment and footrest.  A report has been filed.

05/24/2020 Officer were dispatched to an address on Beacon Street for a past shoplifting.  No suspects were located. A report has been filed.

05/25/2020 Officers responded to an address on Aspinwall  Ave for a Breaking and Entering of a motor vehicle.  The victim reports finding his vehicle had been rummaged through, and noticed that his wife’s vehicle had been so as well. 2 Garmin GPS’s  had been taken, a report was filed.

On 05/25/20 Officers took a report over the phone for the fraudulent use of a credit card.

05/25/2020 Officers  responded to and address on Hurd Rd.  for a Breaking and Entering of motor vehicle report. The victim believes her wallet was taken from the vehicle. No signs of force. A report was filed.

05/25/2020, Officers responded to Linden Place for a past Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle.  The victim reports his vehicle was rummaged thru and some papers were taken.  Surveillance footage has been requested for the area.  A report has been filed.

5/25/20 Officers responded to an address on Fuller St for a report of a past B&E&L of a motor vehicle.  The victim reports his laptop computer had been stolen from his vehicle. A file has been reported.

5/25/20, Officers took another report on Linden St for a past B&E of a motor vehicle.   
05/25/2020 Officers responded to an address on Boylston Street for a report of Larceny of a License Plate.  A report was filed.

05/25/2020, Officers responded to an address on Perry St for a report of a past Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle. The victim reports having the vehicle rummaged thru and also a beach towel was taken. A report has been filed.

05/25/2020, Officers responded to an address on  Perry St for a report of a past Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle. The victim reports his vehicle was rummaged thru but that no items had been taken. A report has been filed.

05/25/2020, Officers responded to another address on Perry St  for a report of a past Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle. The victim reports the vehicle was rummaged thru, and some small items had been stolen. A report has been filed.

05/25/2020, Officers took another report on Perry St  for a report of a past Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle. The victim reports their car door was found ajar, and that they were missing their phone charger.

05/26/ 2020, Officers responded to an address on Linden Place for a past B&E  of a motor vehicle.  Victim reports change had been stolen. A report has been filed.

 5/26/2020 Officers took a report over the phone for fraud.  A report has been filed.

05/26/2020 Officers responded to an address on Russett Road for a report of identity  theft.  Victim reports they were notified their information was used to file a request for Commonwealth of Massachusetts Unemployment Office COVID-19 unemployment assistance claim.  A report has been filed.  

05/26/ 2020, at approximately 1400 hours, while assigned to the 542 Unit, I, Officer Lalli was directed to contact Parker Hammer out of 15 Francis St. in regards to Identity Fraud. The victim reports they were notified their information was used to file a request for Commonwealth of Massachusetts Unemployment Office COVID-19 unemployment assistance claim.  A report has been filed. 

05/26/2020 Officers took a report over the phone for identity theft.  A report was filed.  

05/26/2020 Officers responded to an address on Regent Circle for a report of theft.  The victim reports having his sons sneakers stolen from the house. A report has been filed and a follow-up investigation will be conducted.

05/26/20, Officers took a report for a past fraud over the phone.

05/26/2020 Officers responded to an address on Beacon Street  for a larceny in progress. The subject was still on scene when Officers arrived. After an investigation the subject was issued a no trespass from the store and was informed he would be summonsed into Brookline Court for shoplifting.
