At approximately 11:37 PM officers were dispatched to Harvard Street for a report of a shoplifting. Once on scene officers spoke with the manager who told police the following: The suspect entered the store carrying two empty shoulder bags, and proceeded to walk the cosmetics isles placing items into his bags. He then proceeded to exit the store where he was confronted by the manger.  The suspect then fled the scene with the stolen merchandise.  Police are investigating.
