Saturday, March 23rd

8:45 AM: Police were dispatched to Marshall Street to take a report of past malicious damage to a motor vehicle. The reporting party stated that her rear window was broken. It appeared that no entry to the vehicle was gained. The reporting party stated that she had a verbal altercation with a tow truck driver the day before regarding a parking spot, and believes he may have something to do with the damage. Police are investigating.

1:03 PM: Police were dispatched to a business on Harvard Street for the report of Shoplifting. Upon arrival Officers were informed by lost prevention that they observed a man place several items into a gym bag and then go into a changing room. The man emerged from the changing room holding several items and went to check out. He paid for the items in his hand and made his way to the exit. A lost prevention officer stopped the man and discovered several stolen items concealed in the man’s gym bag (valued just under $100). The man was arrested for Shoplifting.
