Saturday, February 16th

4:14PM: Police responded to a business on Harvard Street to take a report of shoplifting. The store manager told police that a woman entered the business and was observed by an employee putting merchandise in her bag. The manager confronted the woman and she fled. Later the store manager reviewed the surveillance video and observed a male party enter the store with the woman and observed him steal items too.  The female is described as a white female with brown hair, wearing a black jacket, carrying a tan and red purse. The male is described as a white male with dark hair, a gray jacket, blue jeans, and a white baseball hat. This case is being investigated.  

6:40PM: Officers were dispatched to a business on Harvard Street for reports of shoplifting. The store manager told officer she watched a woman stuff numerous items into a two large blue bags. When employees asked if she needed any help, the suspect grabbed all the items and fled. Dispatchers described the suspect as a 40-50 year old female wearing a big blue jacket, bright blue backpack, and carrying two huge blue bags of stolen clothes. Police found the woman matching the description on the corner of Beacon Street. She was arrested and all items were returned to the store.
