8:30 AM – An officer was dispatched to Lee Street to take a
burglary report Tuesday morning. Upon arrival, the officer met with the contractor who has been working on the burglarized residence that's under construction. He stated
that his painters had left the home on Saturday to find that a Bluetooth speaker
within the property was stolen upon returning Monday morning. He also observed
muddy footprints and paint on the walls not done by the painters working on the
property. This case is under investigation.
10:00 AM – An officer was dispatched to Blake Road to take a
reported package theft. The officer spoke with the reporting party who stated
that three of her packages delivered on Sunday were missing. This is an active
case.

5:41 PM – An officer took a report for a package theft
Wednesday afternoon at the front desk. The victim relayed that she had ordered
items from EBAY that was confirmed delivered to her Harvard Street residence on
Wednesday. When the victim went to retrieve the package from the common area of her apartment, it could not be located. Brookline PD
is investigating.
