Post for 1/7-1/8

On January 8, 2017, an officer reported to a clothing store on Harvard St. for a theft report. Employees showed the officer a video depicting a male she says stole a pair of children's boots The video does not depict the suspect taking the boots however, just prior to his leaving he was looking at the boots and he is holding them on camera. The boots were noticed to be missing after he left. The suspect in the video is a white male, possibly 30-40, medium height, stocky build, bald head and dark colored beard/moustache.

On January 7, 2017, officers arrived at Beacon Street for a report of a larceny. The victim says a package containing a Sonos Entertainment Soundbar was delivered to his building but,  he never received it.


On January 7, 2017, a citizen brought a found wallet to the Brookline Police station that was found at the Centre Street lot. Attempts to contact the owner using a license in the wallet were unsuccessful. The Quincy Police agreed to send a unit to the address on the license.
