11:07am: A bike was stolen from a residence on Abbotsford
Road. The bike was locked to a porch and went missing at some point over the
previous evening.
3:27pm: Officers arrested a shoplifting suspect on Harvard
Street. The manager of a local business confronted the suspect as they were
leaving the scene, recovered the items, and the suspect returned to the store, where officers found them.
