An officer noticed a vehicle traveling on Commonwealth Ave
with a failed inspection sticker. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked
for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was placed under arrest
for operating a vehicle after revocation.

Warren Street. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s
license and registration. The driver was placed under arrest for not having an operator’s
license in Massachusetts.
