Police reports March 4th to March 8th 2015

March 4th
An officer was conducting traffics enforcement on Harvard Street when the officer noticed a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration. The driver was operating a vehicle with a suspended license and was placed under arrest.

Officer s responded to a report of a breaking and entering of a residence on VFW Parkway. When officers went inside and inspected the residence, they noticed the door had a couple of pry marks to the door sill. Officers found that each room in the house has been tampered with and some items were stolen. This matter is still under investigation.

Officers responded to a report about a hit and run accident on Pond Avenue involving a yellow school bus. This matter is still under investigation.

March 5th
There was a warrant arrest on Beacon Street. The subject was placed under arrest on a default warrant out of Brookline District Court.

An officer was observing traffic on Harvard Street and noticed a vehicle with a defective break light. The officer pulled the vehicle over. The driver was operating a vehicle after revocation. 

March 6th
Police responded to a report of robbery at a local business on Beacon Street. The subject took some items without paying for them. One of the employees of the store confronted the subject about not paying for the item.  The subject then became physical and assaulted the employee. The subject was placed under arrest.

Officers responded to a report of a noise complaint. The subject has received a town by-law citation.

March 7th
The victim submitted their tax form to a local business on Harvard Street. The victim was notified by their health insurance that their social security number had been hacked by an unknown person.
An officer was monitoring traffic on Harvard and Beacon Street when the officer noticed a vehicle making an improper left turn. The officer pulled the vehicle over and asked for the driver’s license and registration.  The subject was placed under arrest for operating a vehicle with a suspended license.

March 8th

Officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Boylston Street. There were no injuries.
